3,542 1st Team Professional Wickets at MCCF U12s on Day 2

The Fab Four!

During Day Two of the MCCF U12s Competition, Ray East, Chris Silverwood, Graham Napier and Don Topley all got together to watch and chat cricket together.

When we researched, we can confirm the four former professional cricketers claimed an aggregate total of 3,542 First Team wickets, which includes internationals, First Class, List A and t20 professional wickets.

Never has a school cricket ground seen so many wickets in one afternoon.

All four bowlers have had an association with Essex CCC

Ray East played for Essex, Graham Napier played for Essex and Mumbai Indians, Don Topley played for Essex, Surrey and Griqualand West, whilst Chris Silverwood played for England, Yorkshire, Middlesex but coached Essex to many a Championship Title.
